This is your weekend to exhale. To reconnect. To remember who you are beneath the noise.

Join us on top of the mountain for a deeply healing, adults-only weekend immersed in nature, sound, and soul connection.

Leave the roles, routines, and responsibilities behind—and come rest in a community of like-hearted humans, where nothing is expected and everything is welcomed.

  • Feel the firelight on your face as the drumming begins.
  • Feel your body soften during Inner Dance as sound carries you beyond thought.
  • Feel your heart open in circle as you remember you’re not alone.
  • Feel the joy of being in your body, in your truth, in the stillness.

This is sacred space. No kids. No dogs. Just you, the land, and a community of souls ready to remember.

Transformations You’ll Experience

This isn’t just a weekend of workshops. It’s a turning point. You’ll arrive carrying stress, stories, exhaustion, or simply a longing for more.

And you’ll leave with something you didn’t even realise you needed: a renewed sense of self.

By the end of the weekend, you may find that you…

  • Feel lighter—emotionally, physically, energetically
  • Can finally take a full breath again
  • Have shed something you’ve been carrying for years
  • See yourself more clearly, and more kindly
  • Feel connected to your body, your purpose, and the land beneath your feet
  • Know you’re not alone—because now you’ve got a tribe
  • Understand your patterns with compassion rather than shame
  • Have real tools to take home for emotional resilience and spiritual grounding
  • Feel free to be yourself—no masks, no expectations
  • Leave with clarity, softness, and a deep knowing: you’re enough just as you are.

People often say they arrived nervous and left glowing.

That they didn’t realise how much they needed this

That they’ll never forget the fire, the circle, the healing.

And we believe you will, too.

Book your place now and gift yourself a weekend of real healing, deep connection, and soul-level rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this weekend for?

This is for adults who are craving space to reconnect—with themselves, with nature, and with a like-hearted community. Whether you’re burnt out, exploring healing, or simply in need of rest and good company, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.

Is it really adults only?

Yes. This weekend is a child-free, sacred space for grown-ups to take off the “parent/partner/worker” hat and just be. It’s not about being selfish—it’s about healing and coming back to yourself so you can give from a full cup.

Do I need to be spiritual or experienced in healing?

Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about energy, sound baths, or meditation to come. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to be present. Everything is explained and guided with kindness and clarity.

What if I’m coming alone?

Most people do! And many leave with deep new friendships. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel part of the circle. We’ve had people come on their own and say it’s the first time they’ve truly felt they belonged.

Do I have to join every workshop?

Nope. This is your weekend. All workshops are included, but there’s no pressure to attend everything. If you want to curl up with a book, nap in the grass, or go for a solo wander, that’s just as valuable.

Is there food provided?

We will have a plant based with gluten free option lunch and dinner available to purchase on site as well as drink and snacks. You’re also very welcome to self-cater. Bring a coolbox, camping stove, or whatever works for you.

What should I bring?

Here are a few essentials we recommend:

  • A tent and bedding (unless you’re glamping)
  • Sturdy boots or wellies – it can get muddy in places, especially after rain
  • A torch
  • A mug or bottle for drinks
  • Layers and waterproofs
  • A journal if you like to write
  • An open heart and a bit of curiosity

What’s the accommodation like?

Camping and campervan spaces are included. You can also upgrade to:

  • A shared bunk in the converted horse truck – £85
  • A cosy budget bell tent – £150
  • A luxury furnished bell tent with beds and kitchen setup – £300

Can I bring my dog?

Yes—well-behaved dogs are welcome at this adults-only gathering. Please keep them on a lead around others and clean up after them.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. We’re happy to arrange payment plans to make things easier. Just get in touch and we’ll sort something that works for you
