A Child-Free Space to Rest, Heal and Reconnect

Step away from the noise of daily life and give yourself the gift of space.
This long weekend offers four days of deeper healing, meaningful conversations, and soul-nourishing community in the heart of nature.

Workshops and Healing Spaces

Over the four days, you’ll be invited into a variety of supportive circles and healing practices, including:

  • Sound bath

  • Inner child healing

  • Women’s circle

  • Men’s woodland crafting group

  • Forest bathing and woodland meditation

  • Foraging on the land

  • Campfire drumming and connection around the fire

Additional workshops will be announced as they are confirmed.

Camping and Accommodation

  • Bring your own tent or campervan (included in the price).

  • A limited number of luxury glamping bell tents are available (£300 for the weekend). Each includes divan beds, a small camp kitchen, and outdoor seating.

Food

Freshly prepared breakfasts are available to purchase each morning, with home-cooked community lunches and dinners also on offer.
Meals are vegetarian, often plant-based, with gluten-free options available.

Why Come?

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this weekend for?

This is for adults who are craving space to reconnect—with themselves, with nature, and with a like-hearted community. Whether you’re burnt out, exploring healing, or simply in need of rest and good company, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.

Is it really adults only?

Yes. This weekend is a child-free, sacred space for grown-ups to take off the “parent/partner/worker” hat and just be. It’s not about being selfish—it’s about healing and coming back to yourself so you can give from a full cup.

Do I need to be spiritual or experienced in healing?

Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about energy, sound baths, or meditation to come. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to be present. Everything is explained and guided with kindness and clarity.

What if I’m coming alone?

Most people do! And many leave with deep new friendships. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel part of the circle. We’ve had people come on their own and say it’s the first time they’ve truly felt they belonged.

Do I have to join every workshop?

Nope. This is your weekend. All workshops are included, but there’s no pressure to attend everything. If you want to curl up with a book, nap in the grass, or go for a solo wander, that’s just as valuable.

Is there food provided?

We will have a plant based with gluten free option lunch and dinner available to purchase on site as well as drink and snacks. You’re also very welcome to self-cater. Bring a coolbox, camping stove, or whatever works for you.

What should I bring?

Here are a few essentials we recommend:

  • A tent and bedding (unless you’re glamping)
  • Sturdy boots or wellies – it can get muddy in places, especially after rain
  • A torch
  • A mug or bottle for drinks
  • Layers and waterproofs
  • A journal if you like to write
  • An open heart and a bit of curiosity

What’s the accommodation like?

Camping and campervan spaces are included. You can also upgrade to:

  • A shared bunk in a 6m bell tent – £85
  • A cosy budget 5m bell tent – £150
  • A luxury furnished 5m bell tent with beds and kitchen setup – £300

Can I bring my dog?

Yes—well-behaved dogs are welcome at this adults-only gathering. Please keep them on a lead around others and clean up after them.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. We’re happy to arrange payment plans to make things easier. Just get in touch and we’ll sort something that works for you
