This weekend is about bringing the ancient art of fermentation back into your life — not just as recipes, but as daily allies for your health and vitality.
You’ll learn how to craft herbal kombuchas, kefirs, apple cider vinegar, shrubs, sauerkraut, kimchi, and oxymels – creating a bubbling apothecary of tonics and remedies to support your body naturally.
By the end of the weekend, you’ll feel confident to keep creating at home, knowing exactly how to support your gut, immunity, and overall wellbeing.
And because this is never just a workshop, you’ll also experience tea ceremonies, shared circles, and a Saturday night sound bath under the stars – making new friendships and connections that last far beyond the weekend.
