This weekend takes you deep into the folk medicine, heritage recipes, and simple remedies that kept generations strong. Together we’ll explore teas, syrups, poultices, and tonics – timeless remedies that still carry the memory of our ancestors and the land.

By the end of the weekend, you’ll not only know how to make these remedies yourself, but you’ll feel connected to a lineage of wisdom that runs through the plants we use every day.

Alongside the making, you’ll share in tea ceremonies, circles, and a Saturday night sound bath – weaving together community, healing, and remembrance in a way no textbook ever could.
